Our fiber laser and brake forming processes routinely hold ±0.005 inch tolerances on length and ±0.5° on formed angles, keeping assemblies within machining limits.

Which metals and thicknesses can you process?

We profile aluminum, stainless, mild steel, copper, brass, and titanium. Laser cutting handles up to 1 inch mild steel, while turret punching supports aluminum to 0.1875 inch and copper or brass to 0.125 inch.

Do you provide finishing and hardware insertion?

Yes. Our assembly cell covers hardware insertion, riveting, grinding, and powder coating so fabricated parts can ship production-ready.
